Overall Opinion:
Monster Rehab is a great drink to use when you need a more natural energy “pick me up”.
It contains lots of B vitamins and many other natural ingredients.
Unfortunately, Monster Rehab didn’t really improve my hangover. I was extremely bummed because hangovers are the WORST!
Luckily, it’s delicious and easy to use.
Monster Rehab is pretty affordable when you consider that each 15.5 oz bottle is 2 servings.
Another upside to Monster Rehab is that it didn’t make me feel jittery or caffeine overloaded like some other Monster products.
Overall, Monster Rehab is fine as an energy drink, but not the most effective hangover cure.
The Details:
Ease of Use
Monster Rehab is very easy to use since it’s so delicious!
There aren’t exact directions on how to use Monster Rehab as a hangover cure, so I improvised.
I tried it by drinking it in the morning after I woke up with a nasty hangover. That is a super easy method because you don’t need to worry about forgetting to take your hangover cure the night before.
It isn’t a drink you would want to take before bed, because it’s designed to wake you up and provide energy.
Perhaps the drink would have been more successful if I used half of a bottle as my first drink of the night and the other half the following morning.
Taste/Smell
Monster Rehab has multiple flavors. Each flavor I tried is delicious!
The taste is definitely my favorite part about this product. It tastes delicious and provides serious energy:)
Morning After Results
I had a unique experience with Monster Rehab. I knew that I was going to be testing this hangover cure the morning after my 25th birthday party, so I didn’t take any hangover preventatives.
The next morning, I really regretted that decision because I woke up with a miserable hangover.
I had the chills, tremors, nausea, headache, dizziness, and I was throwing up. I knew I needed to act fast and tryout Monster Rehab. Unfortunately, it didn’t help my hangover that much. I still had a pounding headache, upset stomach, and dizziness. Part of the problem could have been that I couldn’t keep it down for very long.
What I discovered is that if you have a couple drinks and wake up tired, Monster Rehab will provide the energy you need to get your day going. But, if you wake up with a miserable hangover, this drink may not provide all the help that you need to start feeling better.
Ingredient Analysis
Monster Rehab contains a variety of ingredients.
It contains Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin B5. B Vitamins are believed to provide energy. Many hangover cures contain B vitamins because they are believed to be serious hangover symptom fighters.
It also has Glucose, which is normally depleted while consuming alcohol. Monster Rehab helps to replace the lost Glucose.
Brewed Tea is another key ingredient in Monster Rehab. It has filtered black tea powder, which is supposedly known for its hangover cure qualities.
Side Effects
Luckily, I didn’t experience any major side effects from using Monster Rehab.
Price
It costs $75.10 for a 24 pack of 15.5 oz bottles.
That works out to about $1.56 per serving.
Monster Rehab is affordable if you consider each bottle 2 servings.
Guarantee?
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a guarantee.
